Data from the database, such as names, can be inserted into each mail to customize it.You can use your current data exported from other applications such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Outlook Express, or enter your data directly into Mail Magic Professional. The easy-to-use interface makes data import and entry simple even for computer novices. Data can be divided into groups, and duplicate email addresses automatically deleted.
The HTML wizard makes it easy for anyone to create professional looking HTML emails and email magazines in minutes. Mail Magic Professional also comes with a large number of clip arts and backgrounds to use. In addition, email encodings for almost any language are also available.
