Munia2 is a scheduling program that allows you to manage credits / debits, appointments and deadlines by means of a single data sheet and calendar showing expiry dates relevant to a selected period. All commands are grouped in both the upper toolbar and menu bar.
Use Munia2 is quick and easy-to-use. The data sheet clearly displays all credit / debit due dates and the relevant amounts, differentiating between open and met deadlines. It is possible to filter data on the basis of given criteria by simply by selecting the relevant item from the tool bar list. In addition, rows can be grouped in a homogenous manner, according to set criteria, to clearly and automatically show the overall amounts due.
Calendar - Things to do When the program is opened a calendar shows the deadlines relevant to the day in question. It is possible to select a different period at any time. In addition, the calendar highlights those dates still showing open deadlines. The lower part of the screen features a list of Things to Do (Open deadlines) for the selected period.
Status bar The status bar on the lower part of the screen shows information relevant to the operation being carried out. A coloured circle on the right side of the screen indicates the current deadline situation (Green: OK - Red: Open, expired or about to expire deadlines).
Munia ist ein Terminplanungsprogramm, das Ihnen erlaubt, Gutschriften/Schuldposten, Verabredungen und Stichtage mittels eines einzelnen Leistungsblatts und den Kalender zu handhaben die Verfallsdaten zeigend, die zu einer vorgewählten Periode relevant sind. Alle Befehle werden im oberen toolbar und Menüstab gruppiert.
Gebrauch. Munia ist schnell und bedienungsfreundlich. Das Leistungsblatt zeigt offenbar alle Abgabefristen der Gutschrift/des Schuldpostens und die relevanten Mengen an und unterscheidet zwischen den geöffneten und getroffenen Stichtagen. Es ist möglich, Daten aufgrund von gegebenen Kriterien vorbei zu filtern einfach, indem man das relevante Einzelteil von der Werkzeugstabliste vorwählt. Zusätzlich können Reihen in einer homogenous Weise, entsprechend Satzkriterien gruppiert werden, zu die gesamten passenden Mengen offenbar und automatisch zu zeigen.
Kalender - Sachen zum Tun. Wenn das Programm geöffnete Erscheinen eines Kalenders die Stichtage ist, die zum Tag in der Frage relevant sind. Es ist möglich, eine andere Periode jederzeit vorzuwählen. Zusätzlich die Kalenderhöhepunkte jene Daten, die noch geöffnete Stichtage zeigen. Das untere Teil des Schirmes kennzeichnet eine Liste von Sachen, um (geöffnete Stichtage) während der vorgewählten Periode zu tun.
Statusstab. Der Statusstab auf dem unteren Teil des Schirmes zeigt die Informationen, die zum Betrieb relevant sind, der durchgeführt wird. Ein farbiger Kreis auf der rechten Seite des Schirmes zeigt die gegenwärtige Stichtagsituation an (Grün: O.K. - Rot: Öffnen Sie sich, abgelaufen oder, ungefähr abzulaufen Stichtage).
Munia2 est un programme d'ordonnancement qui vous permet de contrôler des crédits/débits, des rendez-vous et des dates-limites au moyen d'une fiche technique simple et le calendrier montrant des dates d'échéance concernant une période choisie. Toutes les commandes sont groupées dans la barre supérieure toolbar et de menu.
Utilisation. Munia est rapide et facile à utiliser. La fiche technique montre clairement toutes les dates dues de crédit/débit et les montants appropriés, différenciant entre les dates-limites ouvertes et rencontrées. Il est possible de filtrer des données sur la base des critères donnés près simplement en choisissant l'article approprié à partir de la liste de barre d'outil. En outre, des rangées peuvent être groupées d'une façon homogenous, selon des critères d'ensemble, montrer à clairement et automatiquement les montants globaux dus.
Calendrier - choses à faire. Quand le programme est des expositions ouvertes d'un calendrier les dates-limites concernant le jour en question. Il est possible de choisir une période différente à tout moment. En outre, les points culminants de calendrier ces dates montrant toujours des dates-limites ouvertes. La partie plus inférieure de l'écran comporte une liste de choses pour faire (des dates-limites ouvertes) pour la période choisie.
Barre de statut. La barre de statut sur la partie plus inférieure de l'écran montre l'information concernant l'opération étant effectuée. Un cercle coloré du bon côté de l'écran indique la situation courante de date-limite (vert: OK - Rouge: Ouvrez-vous, expiré ou pour expirer environ des dates-limites).
Munia2 è un programma che realizza uno scadenziario per gestire i crediti / debiti e gli appuntamenti per mezzo di un solo foglio dati. Un calendario permette di visualizzare le scadenze in base ad un periodo selezionato. Tutti i comandi sono raggruppati in alto nella barra degli strumenti e nella barra del menu.
Utilizzo L'utilizzo di Munia / scadenzario è semplice ed immediato. Il foglio dei dati consente di avere sotto mano tutte le Scadenze ed i relativi importi, visualizzando in maniera diversa le scadenze chiuse e le scadenze aperte. Si possono filtrare i dati secondo diversi criteri semplicemente selezionando la voce relativa dall'elenco disponibile sulla barra degli strumenti. Si possono inoltre raggruppare le righe in maniera omogenea, secondo diversi criteri, per una migliore visualizzazione e mostrare, in automatico, i totali degli importi.
Calendario - Cose da fare All'avvio del programma il calendario mostra le scadenze aperte per il giorno corrente. E' possibile in ogni momento selezionare un diverso intervallo di date. Il calendario, inoltre, mostra in evidenza le date contenenti scadenze ancora aperte. In basso appare una lista delle cose da fare (scadenze aperte) relative al periodo selezionato.
Barra di stato In basso, la barra di stato mostra , di volta in volta, un commento sull'operazione che si sta svolgendo. Sulla sua destra un pallino colorato indica lo stato attuale delle Scadenze. (Verde: OK - Rosso: registrazioni aperte scadute o in scadenza).
Munia es un programa que permite que usted maneje créditos/debes, citas y plazos por medio de una sola hoja de datos y el calendario que demuestra las fechas de vencimiento relevantes a un período seleccionado. Todos los comandos se agrupan en la barra toolbar y de menú superior.
Uso. Munia es rápido y fácil de utilizar. La hoja de datos exhibe claramente todas las fechas debidas del crédito/del debe y las cantidades relevantes, distinguiendo entre los plazos abiertos y resueltos. Es posible filtrar datos en base de criterios dados cerca simplemente seleccionando el artículo relevante de la lista de la barra de la herramienta. Calendario - cosas a hacer. Cuando el programa es demostraciones abiertas de un calendario los plazos relevantes al día en la pregunta. Es posible seleccionar un diverso período en cualquier momento. Además, los toques de luz del calendario esas fechas todavía que demuestran plazos abiertos. La parte más inferior de la pantalla ofrece una lista de cosas para hacer (los plazos abiertos) para el período seleccionado.
Barra de estado. La barra de estado en la parte más inferior de la pantalla demuestra la información relevante a la operación que es realizada. Un círculo coloreado en el derecho de la pantalla indica la situación actual del plazo (verde: AUTORIZACIÓN - Rojo: Ábrase, expirado o expirar alrededor los plazos).
