The invoicing software with warehouse for Windows, type of Client-Server, is suitable for companies that have their accounting processed by external accountants. The data are stored in a Firebird transactional SQL database, which takes care of the integrity and reliable storage of your data. This means that even with frequent power outages or accidental shutdowns of your PC, the stored data will remain intact. The program contains the entire agenda of processing business documents. It allows you to issue, search and print orders, proforma invoices, invoices, receipts and expenses from the warehouse, records of non-cash and cash payments up to exports to accounting systems. Issued invoices, as well as other documents, can be sent directly from the program by email. Optional is automatic invoicing, which allows the automatic issuance of various types of documents (invoices, pre-invoices, quotations, etc.) automatically, for addresses included in the selected group with assigned parameters. Údaje jsou uchovávány v transakční SQL databázi Firebird, která se stará o integritu a spolehlivé uložení vašich dat. This is a legal agreement between you, the "END USER", and UtilStudio. Use of this software (the "SOFTWARE") written by UtilStudio indicates your acceptance of these terms.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. UtilStudio hereby grants you the right to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. The SOFTWARE is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory.

2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE is owned exclusively by UtilStudio, and this license does not transfer any ownership of the SOFTWARE to you.

3. NON PERMITTED USES. You may not translate, reverse program, disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE.

4. NO WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED TO YOU "AS IS," AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
