END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ranquel Technologies, for the Ranquel Technologies software products CryptoForge and CryptoForge Decrypter, which may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and license keys ("Software Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Product. If the Software Product was purchased by you, you may return it to your place of purchase, within thirty (30) days after purchase, for a refund.

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold. You may use the Software Product only as described in this license.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

1.a. CryptoForge Evaluation Product
If you acquired the Software Product on an evaluation or trial basis, you may use the Software Product without charge for thirty (30) days from the day that you install the Software Product. You must pay the license fee and register your copy to continue using the Software Product for encrypting or shredding data after the thirty (30) day evaluation period. You may continue using the Software Product, in trial mode, only to decrypt data beyond the trial period. To pay the license fee and register your copy, you should visit www.cryptoforge.com. For so long as the Software Product is the most current version distributed by Ranquel Technologies, you may give exact copies of the evaluation Software Product to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the evaluation Software Product itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software Product itself. Your distribution of the evaluation Software Product will not entitle you to any compensation from Ranquel Technologies. You must distribute a copy of this license with any copy of the Software Product and anyone to whom you distribute the Software Product is subject to this license.

1.b. CryptoForge Per-User Licensed Product
When you purchase a license, you will be provided with a license key. You must enable the registered license for the Software Product by entering the license key as prompted by the Software Product. You may use the licensed Software Product on that number of computers for which you have purchased a separate license as indicated on the invoice or sales receipt. Additionally, the primary user of a computer for which a license has been purchased, may make and use one copy of the Software Product on his or her portable computer. If the Software Product is installed on a network server or other storage device, you must purchase a license for each separate computer on which the Software Product is used. A license to the Software Product may not be shared by alternating use of the Software Product between different computers. You may make one copy of the Software Product for back-up or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy the Software Product in whole or in part. You may not transfer your rights under this license.

1.c. CryptoForge Site License Product
This unlimited user, single-location license, entitles the organization identified in the License Key ("Organization") to install and use the licensed Software Product on any computers owned or leased for the purpose of conducting its business, but at a single geographical location. Such a location must be confined to a single postal code, or to a 50-kilometer radius of the site identified in the License Key ("Site"), whichever is smaller. Users may utilize the Software Product while personally present at the Site. Those Organization's employees who typically work at the Site, may use the Software Product on authorized computers while performing business operations at other locations such as client locations or home. When you purchase the Site License, you will be provided with a downloadable licensed Software Product with the License Key built into the setup program. You may not transfer your rights under this license.

1.d. CryptoForge Enterprise License Product
This unlimited user license, entitles the organization identified in the License Key ("Organization") to install and use the licensed Software Product on any computers owned or leased for the purpose of conducting its business. The Organization may install and utilize the Software Product at multiple regions worldwide. When you purchase the Site License, you will be provided with a downloadable licensed Software Product with the License Key built into the setup program. You may not transfer your rights under this license.

1.e. CryptoForge Decrypter Product
CryptoForge Decrypter is a software application that allows the decryption of files encrypted by CryptoForge. Subject to your compliance with all these terms and conditions, Ranquel Technologies grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CryptoForge Decrypter, and to give exact copies of CryptoForge Decrypter to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of CryptoForge Decrypter itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling CryptoForge Decrypter itself. Your distribution of CryptoForge Decrypter will not entitle you to any compensation from Ranquel Technologies.

You shall be responsible for maintaining the Software Product in a safe location, and are specifically prohibited from distributing the License Key and Software Product, intentionally or otherwise, to any third party not authorized by this EULA. Upon loss or distribution of the License Key or Software Product, you shall be required to pay a reinstatement fee at Ranquel Technologies' discretion.

2. RESTRICTIONS.

You may not reduce the Software Product to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, merge, adapt, or modify the Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software Product. You may not use the Software Product to perform any unauthorized transfer of information, such as copying or transferring a file in violation of a copyright, or for any illegal purpose.

3. SUPPORT SERVICES.

Ranquel Technologies may provide you with support services related to the Software Product. Use of support services is governed by the user's manual, online documentation, and other Ranquel Technologies materials, as they may be modified from time to time. Ranquel Technologies may use any information you provide as part of obtaining support services for its business purposes, including product support and development.

4. TERMINATION.

This license terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. If your license terminates, you must destroy all copies of the Software Product. The termination of this license does not limit Ranquel Technologies' other rights it may have by law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

You acknowledge that you have only the limited, non-exclusive right to use and copy the Software Product as expressly stated in this license and that Ranquel Technologies retains title to the Software Product and all other rights not expressly granted. You agree not to remove or modify any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary notices that appear, on, in, or with, the Software Product. The Software Product is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

6. NO WARRANTIES.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software Product and any support services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind , either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Computer programs are inherently complex, and the Software Product may not be free of errors. The Software Product is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

Ranquel Technologies is not liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the Software Product, even if Ranquel Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, Ranquel Technologies' liability for any claim related to your purchase of a license for or use of the Software Product, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed the license fee paid by you.

8. MARKETING AND PUBLICITY.

You expressly give Ranquel Technologies permission to include and publish your name and/or trademark and logo on lists of Ranquel Technologies' customers and users of the Software Product, including, but not limited to, posting to the Website, press releases, financial reports and prospectuses identifying you as a customer. If you do not wish to give Ranquel Technologies permission under this clause, you must notify Ranquel Technologies by the date no later than seven days after the license issuance date specifying which permission is not granted.

9. MISCELLANEOUS.

This license is governed by the laws of Argentina. This license constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us, notwithstanding any provision in any purchase order or other written document, except for our statement of the number of separate license fees for which you have paid as described in Section 1, above. This license may only be modified by a written document signed by Ranquel Technologies. If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the license shall not be affected, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the extent necessary to make the provision enforceable.
