ZombieExposer by ITinvestigator detects hidden bot controlled browsers that slow down computers and allow bypassing of many firewalls. The program allows you to view the live bot activity and helps locate the process that is starting the hidden browsers. Fraudsters infect machines with malware and use it to engage in ad fraud. Infected machines communicate with a command and control system enabling the criminals to download more viruses. Cyber criminals behind botnets spend a great deal of time and effort trying to ensure the bot virus, that effectively turns a computer into a zombie, is hard to detect. ZombieExposer uses a proprietary algorithm to detect hidden browsers controlled by a bot. Virus makers will often use methods to bypass anti-virus thus allowing the billion dollar ad fraud botnet business to grow. ZombieExposer was created by cyber security experts that felt that more needs to be done to help people counter these aggressive bot viruses, that according to some estimates have infected over 500 million machines. The software is free and uses little resources to run.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

Modifications to Application

FHQ, Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or FHQ, Inc.

FHQ, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from FHQ, Inc, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

FHQ, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 20 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FHQ, Inc. and each of its respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, successors, promoters, affiliates and assigns, or any of them from all claims, suits, legal actions, assessments, deficiencies, and charges brought against the FHQ, Inc., and for any costs, fees, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and associated attorney fees arising from or incidental to the aforementioned.

FHQ, Inc. cannot guarantee that a malicious process cannot circumvent our techniques, however, we tried within what we deem reasonable effort to build a product that delivers a quality layer of security.
