Distribution permissions: This Software Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") for the distribution of Wittybee software (Software) is made between Wittybee Technologies Limited (Software Owner) & Publisher (Publisher) (each, a "Party"; together, the "Parties").

License to Use & Distribute: Software Owner grants Publisher the right to use, distribute, copy (in connection with the online electronic distribution only) & market the Software in any media throughout the world (the World Wide Web, & other commercially acceptable means online).

Trademark License: Software Owner grants Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right & license to use its trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or other identifying or distinctive marks, provided that Publisher will comply with Software Owner's trademark usage guidelines.

Demonstration License: Software Owner grants Publisher a non-exclusive right & license to use, publicly display, publicly perform, & duplicate the Software either directly by Publisher's employees or through Publisher's Channel Partners solely for the purpose of marketing or demonstrating the Software to prospective customers.

Marketing: Publisher will bear all expenses for its operation & staff. Publisher will advertise & promote the Software at Publisher's sole discretion & expense.

Rights & Duties Upon Termination: In the event of expiration or termination of this Agreement: (i) Publisher shall not license, sell or otherwise dispose of the Software to any third party after such expiration or termination; & (ii) the Software Owner shall be responsible for continued support of past & future sales of the Software.

Return of Software: Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Publisher shall destroy or erase any versions of Software.

Acquisition: Neither party may assign this Agreement, or sub-license, assign or delegate any right or duty hereunder, without the prior written consent of the other.

WITTYBEE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the services provided by Wittybee Technologies Limited being online products, offline products, desktop products, software, websites and including applications designed for mobile phones or other specific devices, under the brand name ‘Wittybee' (the 'Service'). You agree that by registering, accessing or using the Services, or any content or information provided as part of these Services you are entering into a legally binding agreement (even if you are using the Services on behalf of an organization). You are entering into this agreement with Wittybee. Our Privacy Policy explains the way we collect and use your information. By using the Service you agree to be bound by Terms and our Privacy Policy.
