Distribution permissions: Software download sites, computer magazines and other entities are allowed to distribute the original unregistered shareware package of VideoMach ("the software") in several ways: 1. By linking directly to the installation package on our site (http://www.gromada.com/dl/videomach-setup.exe). 2. By mirroring the latest version on their own server. 3. By downloading the latest version of the package from our site and distributing it on a CD/DVD/Blu-Ray and other media
The software may not be bundled with another software without our explicit permission. The software must not be registered. VideoMach license keys may not be distributed or published, unless we make a special deal.
When a new version of VideoMach is uploaded to our site, the mirrors are required to update the package on their site within 15 days. Mirrors can detect a new version by checking the release date inside the VideoMach PAD file: http://www.gromada.com/videomach/pad.xm or by checking the date of the setup executable itself: http://www.gromada.com/dl/videomach-setup.exe
