Dear Sir or Madam,

Please read the following terms and conditions before using, installing, copying, distributing, or transmitting this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Dr. Vitali Kudaschov, your use, installation, copying, or distribution of ViCalc indicates your acceptance of this agreement ('License').

If you do not agree to all of the terms of this License, then do not use, install, copy, distribute, or transmit ViCalc.

Scope of License

All copyrights to ViCalc are exclusively owned by the author Dr. Vitali Kudaschov.

ViCalc is free for non-commercial use.

ViCalc is free for educational use (schools, universities, museums and libraries) and for use in charity or humanitarian organisations.

If you intend to use ViCalc for commercial purposes, a license fee is required. For more information please visit the website vicalc.kudaschov.com.

Each Licensed Copy of ViCalc may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license.

Each Licensed Copy may be accessed through a network, provided that you have purchased rights to use a Licensed Copy for each workstation that will access ViCalc through the network. For instance, if 10 different workstations will access ViCalc on the network, you must purchase rights to use 10 Licensed Copies of ViCalc, regardless of whether the 10 workstations will access ViCalc at different times, or concurrently.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use ViCalc on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered ViCalc software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

The ViCalc unregistered version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way:

No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.

The ViCalc unregistered version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.

Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

THE VICALC SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

ViCalc license code may not be distributed, except as stated above, outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Dr. Vitali Kudaschov.

Installing and using ViCalc signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove ViCalc files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
