END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal Agreement between you (herein referred to as “Licensee”) and Dynamikode Software Ltd. (herein after referred to as “Licensor”). By installing this software (herein after referred to as “Product”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install the Product.

1.GRANT OF LICENSE

1.1 Licensor grants you a non-exclusive license to install the Product, free of charge, solely for personal use.

1.2 If you do not agree with conditions set forth herein, you are required to uninstall and remove the Product from your computer.

1.3 You shall not, and shall not attempt to sell, rent, lease, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Product. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement.

1.4 You may distribute the Product in an unchanged form in accordance with section 1.3.

2. DISCLAIMER

The Product is provided to you “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. Dynamikode Software specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Dynamikode Software or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages (including lost profit, lost data, or downtime costs), arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Product, whether based in warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
