The present document represents the license agreement between Ltd NPF 'Perun' and the end user about use of base version FamilyTree. Being package FamilyTree it is licensed to the end user on conditions of the present agreement. Please, read through it. Use FamilyTree is acknowledgement of that you read the text of the present agreement, have understood it and accept its conditions.
1. OBJECT of the RIGHT PROTECTION
1.1. All copyrights on FamilyTree the author of the program - Dmitry Konjuhov exclusively owns. Licensed to user FamilyTree is object of the copyright and it is protected by laws of the Russian Federation. Exclusive property rights on software product belong to Ltd NPF 'Perun'. 1.2. Programm FamilyTree extends by a principle 'try before buying'. It means, that you can use this program during the test period in 40 days. If you wish to use this program and further SHOULD register the copy of the program. 1.3. The registered copy of program FamilyTree can be used by one person who works with the given software on one or several computers, or is established on one computer to which not simultaneously have access some person, but not both of a variant at once. 1.4. After registration not exclusive license for use FamilyTree in any legal purposes is given to the user. Registered copy FamilyTree cannot be leased or rented, but can be transferred in the complete set, if the receiving person according to with the given license. If the product is updating besides updating should be transfer and all the previous versions. 1.5. Not registered trial version FamilyTree can extend freely (except for the cases stipulated below) only in that kind in which it is delivered, i.e. without any changes. a) No physical or legal persons have the right to distribute separate parts of a package without the written sanction of the owner of copyrights. b) It is forbidden to distribute not registered trial version FamilyTree in the complete set of other software packages without the written sanction of the owner of copyrights. c) It is forbidden to distribute FamilyTree on one carrier and-or in one software package together with piracy utilities for 'breaking', key files and generators of keys. 1.6. 2. The LIMITED WARRANTY And the RESPONSIBILITY

NEITHER the AUTHOR, NOR ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS do not sustain the RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES of DATA, DAMAGE, LOSS of PROFIT OR ANY OTHER KINDS of LOSSES CONNECTED With USE (CORRECT OR WRONG) THIS PROGRAM. 2.2. Ltd NPF 'Perun' guarantees that, FamilyTree if it is not changed by the user, will carry out the functions described in the delivered documentation. 2.3. You cannot use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, rent, sell, change, decompile, transfer the licensed program or its part differently, than it is described in the given license. Any similar not authorized use leads to immediate and automatic cancellation of this license and can cause criminal and-or civil prosecution. 2.4. Настоящий документ представляет собой лицензионное соглашение между ООО НПФ 'Перун' и конечным пользователем об использовании базовой версии FamilyTree. Находящийся в пакете FamilyTree лицензируется конечному пользователю на условиях настоящего соглашения. Пожалуйста, прочитайте его. Использование FamilyTree является подтверждением того, что Вы читали текст настоящего соглашения, поняли его и принимаете его условия.
1. ОБЪЕКТ ПРАВОВОЙ ОХРАНЫ
1.1. Всеми авторскими правами на FamilyTree эксклюзивно владеет автор программы - Дмитрий Конюхов. Лицензируемый пользователю FamilyTree является объектом авторского права и защищен законами Российской Федерации. Исключительные имущественные права на программный продукт принадлежат ООО НПФ 'Перун'. 1.2. Программа FamilyTree распространяется по принципу 'попробуй перед тем,как купить'. Это означает, что вы можете использовать эту программу на протяжении испытательного периода в 40 дней. Если вы хотите пользоваться этой программой и дальше, то ДОЛЖНЫ зарегистрировать свою копию программы. 1.3. Зарегистрированная копия программы FamilyTree может быть использована одним лицом, которое работает с данным программным обеспечением на одном или нескольких компьютерах, либо установлена на одном компьютере, к которому не одновременно имеют доступ несколько человек, но не оба варианта сразу. 1.4. После регистрации пользователю предоставляется неэксклюзивная лицензия на использование FamilyTree в любых легальных целях. Зарегистрированная копия FamilyTree не может быть сдана в аренду или дана напрокат, но может быть передана в полном комплекте, если получающее лицо согласно с данной лицензией. Если продукт является обновлением, то помимо обновления должны быть переданы и все предыдущие версии. 1.5. Незарегистрированная пробная версия FamilyTree может распространяться свободно (кроме случаев, оговоренных ниже) лишь в том виде, в котором она поставляется, т.е. без всяких изменений. а) Никакие физические или юридические лица не имеют права распространять отдельные части пакета без письменного разрешения владельца авторских прав. б) Запрещается распространять незарегистрированную пробную версию FamilyTree в комплекте других программных пакетов без письменного разрешения владельца авторских прав. в) Запрещается распространять FamilyTree на одном носителе и/или в одном пакете программ вместе с пиратскими утилитами для 'взлома', ключевыми файлами и генераторами ключей. 1.6. Чтобы зарегистрироваться, вы должны купить FamilyTree. См. подробности в файле sales.htm.

2.1. FamilyTree РАСПРОСТРАНЯЕТСЯ ПО ПРИНЦИПУ 'КАК ЕСТЬ'. ПРИ ЭТОМ НЕ ПРЕДУСМАТРИВАЕТСЯ НИКАКИХ ГАРАНТИЙ, ЯВНЫХ ИЛИ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫХ. ВЫ ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТЕ ЕГО НА СВОЙ СОБСТВЕННЫЙ РИСК. НИ АВТОР, НИ ЕГО УПОЛНОМОЧЕННЫЕ АГЕНТЫ НЕ НЕСУТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЗА ПОТЕРИ ДАННЫХ, ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ, ПОТЕРИ ПРИБЫЛИ ИЛИ ЛЮБЫЕ ДРУГИЕ ВИДЫ ПОТЕРЬ, СВЯЗАННЫЕ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ (ПРАВИЛЬНЫМ ИЛИ НЕПРАВИЛЬНЫМ) ЭТОЙ ПРОГРАММЫ. 2.2. ООО НПФ 'Перун' гарантирует что, FamilyTree, если он не изменен пользователем, будет выполнять функции, описанные в поставляемой документации. 2.3. Вы не можете использовать, копировать, эмулировать, клонировать, сдавать в аренду, давать напрокат, продавать, изменять, декомпилировать, дизассемблировать, передавать лицензированную программу или ее часть иначе, чем это описано в данной лицензии. Любое подобное неавторизованное использование приводит к немедленному и автоматическому прекращению действия этой лицензии и может повлечь за собой уголовное и/или гражданское преследование. 2.4. Установка и использование FamilyTree свидетельствует о вашем согласии с условиями данной лицензии. 2.5. На незарегистрированную копию программы FamilyTree накладывается ограничение - не более 10 записей. 2.6. Если вы не согласны с условиями данной лицензии, то должны удалить файлы FamilyTree со своих устройств хранения информации и отказаться от дальнейшего использования FamilyTree. 2.7. После оплаты FamilyTree Вам будет выслан по электронной почте пароль, снимающий все функциональные ограничения. Ваш электронный адрес будет являеться логином для регистрации. 2.8. Зарегистрированные пользователи получают все обновления программы FamilyTree бесплатно. 2.9. Все права, явно не предоставленные здесь, принадлежат Дмитрию Конюхову.
