End User License Agreement ("EULA")

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE
Important - read carefully:

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a business entity) and TalkHelper Team . TALKHELPER provides the software called TalkHelper for Skype (refers to all variations of the product), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

By installing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:

Installation and Use.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT offers free trial with 5 recording time limitation. you need to purchase a license to unlock the time limitation. You are granted to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any computers.

Reproduction and Distribution.
You may not reproduce and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Separation of Components.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, TALKHELPER may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

Distribution.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold, rented, offered for download on an internet site or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be distributed in any way. You may however obtain a download link from our website and place this on your website. Please contact us via our website for more details.


3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by TALKHELPER. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.


4. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not intended and should not be used for illegal or infringing purposes, such as the illegal copying or sharing of copyrighted materials. Using SOFTWARE PRODUCT for such purposes is, among other things, against United States and international copyright laws and contrary to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement. Such activity may be punishable by law.

Be aware of laws and regulations pertaining to the legality of recording conversations. In some states and countries, all parties must be aware that a conversation is being recorded in order for it to be legal. Check your local laws before using SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TALKHELPER disclaims all responsibility for any consequence incurred as a result of using SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
