LICENSE AGREEMENT

Read the license agreement before using this software. You have the right to accept or reject it. If you are already using this program, it means you automatically accept the license agreement.
This License Agreement is a contract between you, either individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the User), who lawfully possess a copy of 'Multicir' program, and developer (hereinafter - the Right holder).
Exclusive intellectual property rights for software and documentation in a hard-copy and/or electronic form belong to the Right holder.
If you accept the license agreement, you are entitled to use the program in accordance with the terms of this license agreement. Otherwise, you must stop the installation or usage of the program.
1. All program copyrights belong to the Right holder only - «FizMekhOborudovanie» Ltd.
2. You may use this software on one computer in a single copy.
3. You cannot attempt to activate more than one copy of 'Multicir' program using one license; the number of activated copies shall not exceed the amount of your licenses.
4. You can contact technical support using contacts listed on page http://www.multicir.com/contacts.php to resolve your difficulties related to purchasing, installation, usage of 'Multicir' program.
5. Disassembling, decompiling and any change in the program files are prohibited.
6. You cannot include this program and/or its components in the composition of any other software.
7. The Right Holder and/or its partners:
- are not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use or inability to use the program.
- do not incur any warranty liabilities for defects, errors and other faults associated with the program functioning.
For the program copyright infringement the infringer bears civil, administrative or criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
