CEIWEI products include CommMonitor.exe serial port monitoring wizard software, CommMonitorX.dll, CommMonitorX12.dll, CommMonitorX12.dll serial port monitoring SDK OCX software, hereinafter referred to as (SerialPort Monitor )
The CEIWEI includes the root domain name CEIWEI.com and all associated subdomains.

SerialPort Monitor is a serial monitoring and debugging software service provided by CEIWEI.
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "License Agreement") is a copy of you (individual or single body corporate) and "CEIWEI".
"SerialPort Monitor " software products, including written materials, related media, and possibly "CEIWEI.com online" or electronic documents (
