Agreement

Before using the software read this License Agreement carefully. You must acknowledge before using software in anyway that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and condition of this agreement. If you do not agree with terms and conditions then do not use software in anyway and return immediately or destroy all copies of this software in your possession. The terms and conditions of this License describe the granted use each Licensed Copy of Amrev Software product. If you have a valid single-user license, you have the right to use a single Licensed Copy of the software. If you or your organization has a valid multi-user license, then you or your organization has the right to use up to a number of Licensed Copies of this software equal to the number of copies indicated in the documents issued by Amrev Software.

Warranty Disclaimers and Damages

Amrev Software provides software, data and other distributed material AS IS and disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the software. In addition, Amrev Software is not responsible for the quality of data recovered.

This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this License. There is no event shall the Amrev Software LLP or its employees, contractors, agents, distributors or suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss or damages to property, injuries to any person or any pecuniary loss,) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if the Amrev Software LLP has been advised on the possibility of such damages. In any case, the Amrev Software LLP entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Acknowledgement

I, the LICENSEE, acknowledge that I have read the above EULA and agree with the terms and conditions of the agreement. I also agree that the EULA supersedes any prior agreement, written or verbal, which may exist between me and the Amrev Software LLP. on the subject of THE SOFTWARE.
